Shipping Policy

At Krezcoo, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver products purchased from our website.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer or may not be available.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
Remote areas: 7–10 business days.
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
A standard COD charge of ₹54 will be applied for COD orders.
Any additional delivery charges (if applicable for bulky/heavy items) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.
You can track your order status on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.

6. Delays in Delivery

Krezcoo is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
In case of major delays, our support team will assist you with updates.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If the courier service is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

8. International Shipping

(Currently optional – you can remove if not applicable)

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working to expand our services globally in the future.
