Refund & Returns Policy

At Krezcoo.in, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. While we strive to deliver the best quality products, we understand that sometimes returns or replacements may be necessary. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Replacement Window

  • We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • In its original packaging (including box, tags, manuals, accessories).
    • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Important: If the product is unboxed, used, or tampered with, we will not accept the return under any circumstances.

2. When Returns/Replacement Are Accepted

We will accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

3. Mandatory Proof Submission

  • If your order is delivered in damaged, defective, or wrong condition, you must:
    • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
    • Record a proper unboxing video showing the issue.
    • Send the photos/videos to connect@krezcoo.in on the same day of delivery.
  • Without valid proof submitted on the same day, your return/replacement request will not be considered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been unboxed, used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be initiated and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Process

  • If you request a replacement and your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you.
  • If the product is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or a different product of the same value.
  • The replacement delivery time frame is about 4-7days after raising replacement request.

7.Policy on Multi-Color Products

To ensure clarity regarding our items listed as “Multi-Color,” please review the following terms before completing your purchase:

  • Color Variations: For products explicitly titled or described as “Multi-Color,” the specific shade, pattern, or color combination delivered may vary.

  • Non-Returnable Reasons: We do not accept returns, replacements, or refund requests based on the following reasons:

    • “I do not like the color I received.”

    • “The color is different from the main display image.”

    • “The wrong color was delivered” (provided the item is within the multi-color spectrum advertised).

  • Specific Color Requests: If you require a specific color from a multi-color range, you must specify your preference in the “Order Note” section during checkout. While we strive to fulfill these requests based on stock availability, failure to provide a note means you agree to receive a random color selection.

  • Our Commitment: By purchasing a multi-color item without a specific note, the customer acknowledges that the selection is at the discretion of our fulfillment team.

8. How to Request a Return/Refund

To raise a return or refund request:

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
